ENGINES WITHOUT FORMS SOURCE CODE
A 5 user license
pack enables the purchaser to install Ledger Engines on up to 5
client work stations for each Ledger Engine purchased. No
source code is provided to the purchaser.

LEDGER
ENGINES WITH FORMS SOURCE CODE
A license with forms source code includes source code that
enables a developer to customize the forms that come with
each Ledger Engine, and install each customized Ledger Engine on
to the number of client work stations for which a license was
purchased. The Developer may not resell the source code,
but may resell the customized solution for each license
purchased. The developer can use the source
code provided to create new windows or web forms for which an
accounting journalizing process may be desirable. Each
Ledger Engine utilizes an Accounting Journalizing Component that
properly journalizes and posts supplied transactional
information for each licensed work station.
WHAT IS
NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SOURCE CODE***
The source
code for the Accounting Journalizing Component is not
provided so that the accounting integrity of the installation
will not be compromised and to insure that licensing models can
be maintained.
SOFTWARE ESCROW***
To overcome
objections to not receiving the Accounting Journalizing
Component source code, Ledger Engine purchasers may use
our software escrow arrangements to protect them against
insolvency of the developer.
